It’s 1975. In Leeds, the Millgarth Incident Room is the epicentre of the biggest manhunt in British police history.
Video is utilised in The Incident Room as archive, as surveillance and as a sense of time. It helps contextualise the world outside of Milgarth incident room, the rising tensions and the vast timespan the investigation was underway by painting the towering filing cabinets with time of day passing shadow, live camera and archive reports.
